Q: Are you a real estate agent and are there fees or commissions involved?
No, we are not licensed agents or brokers. We are real estate investors, and we buy and sell properties on our own behalf. In any transaction, we represent ourselves and you represent yourself. That means that you do not pay us any commissions. If you invest into one of our properties, the only fees involved are the normal costs and fees associated with acquiring a property.
Q: What types of multifamily apartment assets do you acquire?
We buy several types of multifamily properties. If you are in financial distress or just ready to move on to the next phase, we are confident that we can help to find a solution that works for both of us. Often times we can make you a fair offer and close quickly.
Q: What types of multifamily properties do you acquire?
We acquire several types of properties to add value, such as apartment buildings, student housing, independent and assisted living facilities. Just give us a call!
We welcome investors bringing a 1031 exchange or buy-out options. Although we are not yet publicly traded and have not yet ventured into real estate investment trusts (REITs), we distribute percentage of profits as dividends.
